We are a limited batch bakery. We use all natural & local ingredients. We believe in the least amount of ingredients: high-quality flour, fine sea salt, purified water = delicious sourdough with an amazing flavor profile.
We make our bread from a starter [live yeast culture that we feed every day…kind of like a plant or a pet]. Our starter’s name is bubbles.
